  • Susanne Baiter

    Before completing her studies in Social Innovation Management, Susanne Baiter worked for several years as an orthoptist. Today, she contributes her interpersonal skills as a Talent Manager at RAU | CONSULTANTS.

  • Thomas Schulz

    Thomas Schulz has been responsible for expanding the business in the growing market of temporary or project-based placements as managing director and partner of RAU | INTERIM since 2015.

  • Veronica Tameish

    Veronica Tameish has been working in the back office and research area since 2023.

  • Christiane Fruht

    Christiane Fruht has 15 years of experience as a trainer and coach specializing in leadership, communication and change. During this time at RAU | TRAINING & COACHING, she supervised many individual concepts and measures on-site at the companies and coachees.

  • Mariella Grüner

    Mariella Grüner works as a researcher and recruiter at foodjobs Active Sourcing GmbH. In addition, Mariella is responsible for all social media activities for fjAS and works closely with her colleagues at foodjobs GmbH.

  • Gabriele von Sternburg

    Gabriele von Sternburg has been working as a project manager / back office HR & Finance at RAU | INTERIM since 2017.

  • Tamara Liebegott

    Tamara Liebegott is responsible for foodjobs’ social media presence. She manages the foodjobs channels on Instagram, Facebook, Xing, and LinkedIn.

  • Theresa Grüner

    As a specialist in personnel placement and recruiting, Theresa Grüner complements foodjobs with foodjobs Active Sourcing GmbH.

  • Matthias Hennig

    Matthias Hennig has been with RAU | CONSULTANTS since 2002, and as Managing Partner since 2017. His areas of expertise include executive search, compensation and benefits, and training and coaching.

  • Bianca Burmester

    At foodjobs, Bianca Burmester is responsible for sales and networking. She has been working with job boards for the food industry since 1997.

  • Claudia Embacher

    Claudia Embacher initially completed her training in the catering industry and later also in financial accounting.

  • Katharina Rams

    With a great passion for good texts and precise language, Katharina is responsible for advertising and content management at foodjobs.

    Dr. Angela Lang-Thiel advises our clients and candidates at RAU | CONSULTANTS on filling management and expert positions in the food industry.

    Since 2020, Lukas Roth has specialized in placing specialists and managers in the field of Food & Life Sciences. As a consultant at foodjobs Active Sourcing, he is distinguished by his passion for the industry and his tireless commitment to working with clients and candidates.

  • Melanie Salvermoser

    Melanie Salvermoser supports foodjobs Active Sourcing in the back office and research, drawing on her training as an office management assistant.

    Tim Rau previously worked for a branded goods manufacturer and an international consulting firm. He has been managing director since 2006.
