Susanne Baiter

Before completing her studies in Social Innovation Management, Susanne Baiter worked for several years as an orthoptist. Today, she contributes her interpersonal skills as a Talent Manager at RAU | CONSULTANTS. She particularly enjoys the personal contact with the candidates.

In her private life, she lives in Munich with her partner and two cats. She enjoys traveling, loves baking, and regularly volunteers as a foster carer for rescue cats.
