Dr. Tim Rau

Prior to joining RAU | CONSULTANTS, Tim Rau worked for a branded goods manufacturer and an international consulting firm. In 2001, he joined the business founded by his father, Uwe Rau, who comes from the food industry. He has been Managing Director since 2006. His areas of expertise include executive search for the food industry, as well as organizational development and change management.

Tim Rau holds a degree in business administration with a focus on work and organizational psychology, has a doctorate in change management, and is a systemic consultant.

Tim Rau is married, has two children and a dog, and lives with his family in Munich.
