Thomas Schulz

Thomas Schulz worked for 14 years as Head of HR and HR Director for various companies, including IKEA and Savencia / Edelweiß. He has worked as a lawyer as well as an HR interim manager and, since 2015, as Managing Director and partner of RAU | INTERIM, has been responsible for expanding the business in the growing market for temporary or project-based placements.

Thomas Schulz is a lawyer specializing in employment law, a BDVT-certified trainer and consultant, and a certified systemic consultant for organizational development and change management.

Thomas Schulz is married, has two children and two dogs, and lives in Warburg.
