    Before completing her studies in Social Innovation Management, Susanne Baiter worked for several years as an orthoptist. Today, she applies her understanding of people as a Talent Manager at RAU | CONSULTANTS.

  • Dr. Tim Rau

    Tim Rau previously worked for a branded goods company and an international consulting firm. He has been Managing Director since 2006.

  • Dr. Angela Lang-Thiel

    Dr. Angela Lang-Thiel advises our clients and candidates at RAU | CONSULTANTS on filling leadership and expert positions in the food industry.

  • Eldar Ibric

    Eldar Ibric has been a member of the RAU | CONSULTANTS team since 2024 and focuses on advising clients and filling leadership and specialist positions.

  • Veronica Tameish

    Veronica Tameish has been working in back office and research since 2023.

  • Valentyna Fedyk

    Valentyna Fedyk has been with RAU | CONSULTANTS since 2021, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist during her working student period, and now as a Talent Manager.
