Theresa Grüner

As a specialist in personnel placement and recruitment, Theresa Grüner complements foodjobs with foodjobs Active Sourcing GmbH. She is responsible for active sourcing for positions with a total annual compensation of up to €80k and assists her clients in addressing and attracting the right talent in the market. As a consultant, she supports candidates with commitment, passion, and expertise.

Previously, she worked not only for an international recruitment consultancy but also spent 5 years at RAU | CONSULTANTS. During this time, she filled numerous management and expert positions on behalf of food manufacturers both domestically and abroad.

Theresa Grüner holds a degree in Sociology (Diplom-Soziologin) with a focus on labor and industrial sociology, sociology of gender differences, work and organizational psychology, and communication sciences.
