Susanne Baiter

Before completing her studies in Social Innovation Management, Susanne Baiter worked for several years as an orthoptist. Today, she applies her understanding of people as a Talent Manager at RAU | CONSULTANTS. She particularly enjoys the personal contact with candidates.

In her private life, she lives in Munich with her partner and two cats. She enjoys traveling, loves baking—and regularly volunteers as a foster home for rescue cats.
