How can I submit an application?

There are various ways to apply:

Via email:  Send your application to  or directly to the designated contact. Attach your CV with the relevant references, etc. as PDF attachments. In order to match your profile, we also need to know what salary you envision for the position, your notice period and if you are willing to relocate.

You can also apply via your Xing or LinkedIn profile, skipping the need for a formal application. Check your privacy settings to ensure that you can receive messages from all Xing members.

Online form: Use our online form to apply to a specific position or for an unsolicited application

Can I submit an unsolicited application?

If none of our current job offers interests you, you are encouraged to submit an unsolicited application. We will contact you actively when we have an interesting position matching your profile. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express approval.



Can I apply to several positions simultaneously?

You can of course apply simultaneously for more than one interesting position. Together, we will find the right job offer for you! Here you can find our current job offers.



Can I call first to get information?

Certainly. Please call us if you have any questions. This enables us to clarify the most important questions in advance, perform a preliminary profile matching and discuss further steps. Please contact the consultant who is designated as contact in the job offer.


How current are the job ads?

All job offers we publish are currently open. They are taken from the web once the position is filled. We update our job portal daily so that you can always inform yourself about open positions and apply.

Use our JobMail to find the jobs you want and be first in line to learn about new offers that match your interests.

Do I have to pay for your services?

No. Your inclusion in our candidate pool, the consulting provided in the context of the recruitment process and the recruitment itself are all free of charge.

Which application documents are required?

For the first contact, we definitely need a cover letter expressing your motivation for a professional change and the desired position as well as the possible starting date and your salary expectations. In addition, we also need a tabular and a comprehensive CV. A current photo is helpful. School diplomas/leaving certificates and references can sometimes also be provided for the personal interview. What happens with my documents? Can I rely on full confidentiality?

We maintain absolute confidentiality when handling your documents. We will confirm receipt of your application immediately and contact you to coordinate further steps. Non-disclosure notices are of course complied with. Your documents will not be passed on to companies without your approval. Only we will seek references and only with your approval. Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

If you receive no confirmation email after you submit your documents, it may have been caught in your spam filter. Please check your spam folder and exempt the sender

How can I keep up to date about new job offers?

There are several ways for you to keep up to date with current job offers. By including you in our pool of candidates, we can inform you of interesting positions at any time. You can also subscribe to our newsletter, which contains information on the newest job offers. The JobMail enables you to filter our offers according to categories in order to get information only on new job offers from these categories.
