Thomas Schulz

Thomas Schulz worked for 14 years as Head of Human Resources and HR Director for various companies, including IKEA and Savencia/Edelweiss. He has also worked as a lawyer and HR interim manager, and since 2015 has been Managing Director and Partner of RAU | INTERIM, responsible for expanding the business in the growing market of temporary and project-based placements.

Thomas Schulz is a lawyer specializing in labor law, a BDVT-certified trainer and consultant, and a certified systemic consultant for organizational development and change management.

Thomas Schulz is married, has two children, two dogs and lives in Warburg.
