Dr Tim Rau

Before joining RAU | CONSULTANTS, Tim Rau worked for a branded goods company and an international consulting firm. In 2001, he joined the business founded by his father, Uwe Rau, who comes from the food industry. He has been Managing Director since 2006. His areas of focus are executive search for the food industry as well as organisational development and change.

Tim Rau holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) with a focus on occupational and organisational psychology, earned a doctorate on the topic of change management, and is a systemic consultant.

Tim Rau is married, has two children and a dog, and lives with his family in Munich.
