Dr. Tim Rau

Prior to RAU | CONSULTANTS, Tim Rau worked for a branded goods company and an international consulting firm. In 2001, he joined the business that his father, Uwe Rau, who comes from the food industry, had founded. He has been Managing Director since 2006. His focus areas are executive search for the food industry, as well as organizational development and change.

Tim Rau holds a degree in business administration with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology, earned a doctorate on the topic of change management, and is a systemic consultant.

Tim Rau is married, has two children and a dog, and lives with his family in Munich.
