Creamy Creation is an independent and entrepreneurial company that specialises in developing cream liqueurs and other emulsified drinks for customers all over the world. A total of approximately 120 employees work at Creamy Creation. The head office with its own production facilities is located in Rijkevoort (The Netherlands). In addition, Creamy Creation has a sales office in New Jersey and a production facility for the American market. Looking towards the future, the strategic focus is on the further development and growth of cream liqueurs and low alcohol emulsified drinks with added value. For industrial customers Creamy Creation wants to be first choice for product development and production. The existing business is mainly located in Europe, the United States and Africa. In Asia and Latin America Creamy Creation also aims to expand their business to become truly global. The sales organisation is in a front position to grow and innovate the business in both existing and new markets. For the sales team in Rijkevoort with focus on the regions Europe and Africa, we are searching for a professional and commercial driven International Key Account Manager.


  • Bachelor or Master degree, for example in Food Technology, Chemical Technology or Business Management
  • Relevant international B2B sales experience in the food & beverage business with value add products for industrial customers
  • Proven track record in growing the business based on partnership relations, with a proactive customer approach resulting in closing deals
  • Excited by stimulating product innovation processes, both at customers and internally
  • Capable of managing the interactions between key customers and own colleagues at various functional levels
  • Comfortable working in an international business environment with regular international travelling (up to 35%)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and preferably a good command of other European languages
  • Fits with the culture of an entrepreneurial and customer focussed company
  • Personal skills: strategic vision, commercial driven, hunter, well organised, convincing, taking decisions, ownership and team player.
