For this important task our client is looking for an experienced sales executive who has the drive, power and business acumen to successfully grow the business.


  • You have P&L responsibility for the DACH region, and you lead all commercial activities
  • As customer contact of Key Accounts and Distributors you are responsible for year-end negotiations, commercial agreements and price management
  • Together with Marketing you develop the yearly commercial support and innovation plan as well as a strong brand positioning
  • You are responsible for day-to-day management of distributors and key accounts whilst fostering and developing these business partnerships
  • You develop and execute the future growth strategy together with Marketing by identifying new business opportunities, by expanding the existing business and by a smart combination of the existing sales channels (Distributors and Key Accounts)
  • As a person you show creativity and eagerness to capture opportunities when they present themselves


  • You have extensive sales experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in the confectionary industry in the DACH region
  • Besides a strong network and knowledge of the German / DACH retail landscape you ideally have experience in managing distributors
  • You have proven your ability of successfully managing P&L and of growing businesses
  • As a person you have a hands-on attitude with the ability to roll up your sleeves and you feel comfortable with working in an agile, entrepreneurial company environment from home
  • You demonstrate strong strategic planning and negotiation skills
  • You have a business university degree or a similar qualification
  • You are fluent in German and in English
