Matthias Hennig
Matthias Hennig previously worked for an international executive search firm and has been with RAU | CONSULTANTS since 2002, serving as Managing Partner since 2017. In addition to executive search, his core areas of expertise include compensation & benefits as well as training & coaching.
Matthias Hennig holds a degree in chemistry and a Master of Arts with a focus on personnel development. He has completed further training in moderation and presentation techniques, interviewing, transactional analysis, Structogram, etc.
He is married and has two children.
