For the important task of exploiting the market potential in the G/A/EE region, our client is seeking a commercial leader with good business acumen and strong leadership skills.


  • You lead all commercial activities in the region and develop a strong brand positioning
  • As customer contact of selected Key Accounts you are responsible for year-end negotiations, commercial agreements and price management
  • You drive business development activities for the baker’s yeast and speciality business in close cooperation with Lallemand Baking Solutions
  • You build up, lead and motivate the sales team. You set goals and priorities for the team and balance resources to achieve goals and project plans
  • As a person you show creativity and eagerness to capture opportunities when they present themselves
  • You represent Lallemand in various German Industry Associations
  • You drive and support the increased usage of digital business solutions


  • You have several years of sales experience in the food ingredients segment, ideally in the baking industry
  • You demonstrate strong leadership skills with at least 8 years leadership responsibility
  • As a person you have a hands-on attitude with the ability to roll up your sleeves and you feel comfortable with working in a decentralized and highly entrepreneurial, international organization with low bureaucracy
  • Ideally you have a technical background combined with a commercial experience
  • You are fluent in German and proficient in English
  • You are willing to travel on a regular basis
