The objective is to create innovative food solutions for their customers. The company values both the local proximity to its customers and the support of a global organisation. Now, the company is planning to grow its German business and customer base.

YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for all commercial activities in Germany and for the sales budgets and sales revenue
  • Reporting to the sales director you are in contact with R&D and marketing to keep them informed about market relevant information and bringing new (product) ideas to the company’s attention
  • You build a strong customer base in Germany by setting up and implementing a local sales structure
  • You lead and motivate the sales team and strengthen the business together

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of professional experience and proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the food ingredients or meat branch; additionally, you have technical degree in food science/technology or similar fields
  • You have excellent commercial skills, experience in working with customers and in international environments
  • You enjoy driving the business forward, you’re triggered by challenges and are highly motivated, self-reliant and are strong networker
