Reporting to the Managing Director Operations the scope of the role is to prepare and deliver the QA strategy and plan in line with the company business plan objectives. The start up operation is to be established and to be developed to a successful QA team, that can deliver targeted levels of performance. The QA team of about 10 people is to be lead, managed and motivated through a period of significant change and growth.
