Zusammen mit Ihrer Kollegin sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für Berater, Kunden und Kandidaten.
Finanzen: Sie sind in unserem Team für die Zahlen zuständig: u.a. gemeinsam mit unseren Beratern für Rechnungsstellung und Zahlungsverfolgung, zusammen mit externer Buchhaltung und Steuerberater bereiten Sie Buchungen und Abschlüsse vor und kümmern sich selbständig um das Cash Management. Sie haben die wichtigen Kennzahlen im Blick und unterstützen die Geschäftsführung bei finanziellen Entscheidungen.
Recruiting: Außerdem unterstützen Sie unsere Berater in allen Phasen der Recruitingprojekte und koordinieren die Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Kandidaten, managen Veranstaltungen und Reisen und erstellen Präsentationen sowie Projektdokumente. Für unsere Berater erstellen und erläutern Sie Projekt- und Kennzahlenanalysen.
