Februar waren Matthias Hennig und Eldar Ibric auf der ISM\/ProSweets in K&ouml;ln unterwegs. Die Messe war bunt, s&uuml;&szlig;, knusprig und vor allem voller spannender Eindr&uuml;cke.<\/p><p>F&uuml;r die RAU | CONSULTANTS bot sich einmal mehr eine gro&szlig;artige Gelegenheit, mit den Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Branche ins Gespr&auml;ch zu kommen, bekannte Kontakte zu treffen und aktuelle Entwicklungen aus erster Hand mitzunehmen. Besonders sch&ouml;n war es au&szlig;erdem, weitere Mitglieder der RAU-Familie vor Ort zu treffen, etwa Thomas Schulz von RAU | INTERIM und Theresa Gr&uuml;ner von foodjobs Active Sourcing.<\/p><p>W&auml;hrend einige Aussteller &uuml;ber deutlich mehr Andrang in Vergangenheit berichteten, hatten andere mehr als genug zu tun. Eine Gemeinsamkeit hatten jedoch alle, und zwar, dass sich der Austausch lohnt, und man trotz schwieriger Marktsituation positiv in die Zukunft blickt.<\/p><p>Und eines l&auml;sst sich zum Abschluss definitiv sagen: An guter Stimmung und reichlich S&uuml;&szlig;igkeiten hat es nicht gefehlt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 1. und 2.
