On one hand, you will be the &ldquo;voice of the customer&rdquo; and will coordinate worldwide actions relating to Quality &amp; Food Safety (Q&amp;FS) for all Customers. On the other hand, you will be the primary spokesperson for the Key Accounts Managers on Q&amp;FS matters. Key accountabilities will include:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Collecting Customers&rsquo; expectations and requests in the field of Q&amp;FS, ensuring they are met any time and leading the action plans. <\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Ensuring regular talks and meetings with the relevant Customers&rsquo; contact persons to contribute to smooth relationships and anticipate any of their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Trigging, leading and implementing actions intending to raise the standards delivered to Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring training of local Q&amp;FS Teams to understand Customers&rsquo; expectations and optimal way to handle their requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring a high level of harmonization in the way plants handle all Q&amp;FS-related matters with Customers<\/li>\n<li>Managing the KPIs measuring the Q&amp;FS performances with Customers<\/li>\n<li>Supporting all plants supplying Customers so that they all get the highest audit and overall assessment scoring from Key Accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>The position will be based in Paris Area and requires mobility for visiting plants or customers&rsquo; headquarters (around 20% of time). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reporting to the Group Quality Director.
