Working in a matrix structure your primary responsibility will be to support colleagues in Sales, Customer Innovation and Business Development Management in developing and executing the business in line with the CCF industry strategy.\n<\/p><p>You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the product portfolio supporting competitive and profitable business growth. This includes:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Analyzing product profitability and setting thresholds for new products and product exits<\/li>\n<li>Actively working to find new business opportunities in the market<\/li>\n<li>Launch of new (regional) products<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the opportunity pipeline and use that to guide internally <\/li>\n<li>Leading and executing business development projects<\/li>\n<li>Support through strategic customer visits <\/li>\n<li>Providing market and competitor data<\/li>\n<li>Managing the content and level of industry specific customer training and internal training<\/li>\n<li>Supporting with price guidelines and budget inputs<\/li>\n<li>Managing product names and trademarks<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>As Commercial Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the regional European industry go-to-market team and also play an active role in the global go-to-market team. Through coordinating with the team and through meetings with clients you will get significant international exposure. Travelling internationally 30 to 40 days per year must be expected.\n<\/p><p>For the right candidate the position can be based at one of AAKs European sites in Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, The Netherlands or The United Kingdom.
