The customer segment consists of a mix of large and small European food ingredient companies and your focus will be:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Identification of potential customers (including expanding the current geographic footprint in Europe)<\/li>\n<li>Making initial contact to new potential customers and establishing relations to key persons<\/li>\n<li>Identifying customer needs and new business potential<\/li>\n<li>Conveying the value proposition and capabilities of the company<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating contractual terms and conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>As Business Development Manager you will be involved in the entire go-to-market process.
