Es besteht hier trotz allgemeiner Krisenstimmung eine robust hohe Nachfrage an Führungskräften und Spezialisten auf allen Levels und in allen Funktionsbereichen, insbesondere entlang der Supply Chain. Eine besonders hohe Nachfrage bei hoher Volatilität besteht bei Milchverarbeitern an Manager:innen und Expert:innen für alternative Proteine in kommerziellen Funktionen sowie Produkt- und Technologieentwicklung und Produktion. RAU | EXECUTIVE SEARCH und RAU | FOOD RECRUITMENT liegen hinsichtlich der Anzahl besetzter Positionen über dem Vorjahr. Das Level ist in beiden Bereichen gestiegen. RAU | INTERIM verzeichnet insbesondere in der Milchwirtschaft eine steigende Nachfrage nach Managern und Experten auf Zeit, insbesondere entlang der Supply Chain und für Kostenanpassungsprogramme.<\/p>
