Am 15.\/16. November fand das Molkereiforum für Betriebswirtschaft und Controlling zum zweiten Mal am Lehr-, Versuchs- und Fachzentrum für Molkereiwirtschaft der Bayerischen Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft in Kempten statt. Mit dem Thema „Qualitätsmanagement und Controlling – eine Win-Win-Situation“ hat es sich diesmal an Controller, Qualitätsverantwortliche, aber auch Werks- und Produktionsverantwortliche in Molkereien gerichtet.<\/p>
Als Referent mit dabei war Matthias Hennig, Geschäftsführer der RAU | FOOD RECRUITMENT GmbH, der sich unter dem Titel „Controller und Qualitätsverantwortliche im Wandel der Zeit“ mit der Veränderung der Aufgaben und Zielsetzungen dieser Positionsbereiche aus Personalersicht auseinandergesetzt hat.<\/p>
