Responsible for engineering projects and preventive as well as breakdown maintenance activities / Accountable for managing and developing a technical team located in both factories in Jeddah / Taking full responsibility for assigned technical projects and taking the right actions to deliver the projects on time within agreed budgets and performance levels / Implementing preventive maintenance concepts based on industrial standards and best practices / Designing new processes for products based on latest proven technology as well as work on developing technologies for the future / Reporting to the Operations Manager.
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar / Relevant track record and work experience and project execution in food manufacturing, preferably in the dairy sector/ Extensive knowledge of long life dairy processing (TetraPak, APV, GEA) under aseptic conditions as well as experience in refrigeration technology, ice cream processing and fried product manufacturing / High level leadership, decision making and training skills / Comfortable working and living in an international multicultural environment / Personal skills: motivator, can do mentality, strong analytical skills and result oriented.
