To effectively manage the Regional Business Manager sales team and the customer network with particular focus on the long-term relationship and business development of key customers.
KPIs are sales growth, new customers, market Penetration.
This role will require a solid track record of B2B sales within animal nutrition and agricultural chemicals and a working knowledge and empathy of the farming communities.
To be successful the role requires gravitas and credibility and therefore sector and market knowledge is essential.
Also your team leadership and sales mentoring experience is equally essential to support and lead the reporting team.
This role is flexible on location, home based in either UK or Mainland Europe but importantly you must have working experience within Germany and Benelux and must speak fluent German. Additional language skills would be highly advantageous.
€80-90K base plus 15% bonus, company car and benefits
