The country manager assumes responsibility for defined sales markets in cooperation with licence partners. He further expands partner relationships and the joint business. On the strength of market and competitive analyses, he identifies innovations with respect to the products, packaging, application and distribution channels and organises the strategic business development. He carries out planning in each case and manages the implementation that leads to achieving goals.
Following completion of business studies or equivalent training, you have several years of experience and have successfully sold branded articles in the FMCG industry, ideally children’s products. Experience in marketing is an asset. Together with your dynamic personality, you have excellent communication and conceptual skills. International business requires intercultural competence and an exceptionally good command of English.
