Data Protection: Our rules for protection of your interest

We commit ourselves to protect your personal data and your privacy. As soon as you apply to us, we guarantee you, immediately and without limitations, the following:

§1 We process personal data under compliance with all applicable statutory and data protection regulations.

§2 You will always know where your documents are. We inform you and obtain your approval before forwarding your documents to companies. References will be obtained only upon agreement with you, and any blocks you may define will be considered without exception.

§3 Your personal data will only be used for the agreed purposes, and will not be forwarded to third parties for any other purpose.

§4 We use modern technical and organizational security tools to protect your data against loss or access by unauthorized third parties.

§5 You are entitled to the right of information concerning your data, and to the right of correction of any incorrect data as well as blocking or deleting. If you want to be informed on your data, if you want to have them corrected or deleted, or have any other questions, just contact us.

§6 All online input will be transmitted safely through the Internet. For this purpose, we use a transmission method based on the SSL- (Secure Socket Layer) Protocol. Personal data will be transmitted in encrypted form between your browser and the Rau Consultants-server, and we use HTTPS- Protocol to prevent unauthorized access.

§7 For added security, we also oblige the companies who contract us to comply with the same regulations for your protection.
