Quality Manager (m/f) - Dairy Products

Positionsbeschreibung


The Quality Manager is responsible for all topics pertaining to quality (quality assurance, quality management, audits), food safety, hygiene as well as for technical issues, where applicable.

You will be technically in charge of the two labs in Germany and Wales as well as leading the HACCP teams.

You will handle complaints and support all quality audits.

Anforderungsprofil
  • Experience in quality assurance, hygiene matters and audits
  • Excellent skills in QM-systems
  • Know-how in dairy technology
  • Food technician, food technologist or dairy laboratory supervisor
  • Robust “team-playing” personality with good communication skills (German/English), willing to travel regularly to the plant in Wales
