Production Manager - Saudi Arabia

Positionsbeschreibung

Responsible for the overall production process by planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with agreed company goals on quantity, quality, costs and safety / Managing a team of Shift Managers and Team Leaders / Providing leadership for the logistics, materials, supply chain and planning functions within the manufacturing site / aximizing
the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective employment utilization / Continuously improving on technology and manufacturing processes and further implementing a mentality of continuous improvement / Reporting to the Operations Manager.

Anforderungsprofil

BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or similar / Relevant track record and work experience in food or dairy manufacturing, preferably in a FMCG company / Knowledge of industry best in class standards and continuous improvement processes / High level leadership, decision making and training skills / Comfortable working and living in an international multicultural environment/ Personal skills: high performance drive, flexible, direct communication, decisive and result driven.
